National Talk Like A Pirate Day

I almost wish I had C&T today (or later today as it may be) so I could get my whole class to talk like pirates and our prof. could yell at us again that we are having too much fun in her class because her class is not supposed to be fun nor is school. Can somebody tell this lady to lighten up? I think this is he first time I've EVER been told to learn dates and it's not even a history class... it's a class about other cultures (aka Change and Tradition: Revolutionary Europe and Nigeria, not History 101: Blitzkrieg of 200 years in 2 months). Ok. I'm done complaining about C&T.

I'm feeling a lot more relaxed than I was this time last week. I still have tons of stuff to do but that never really ends. For now I'm off to bed even though I'm sure there is more work to be done somewere. However it must wait until tomorrow.

Thursday!

I put in my passport application today! Very exciting, thank you to the lady at the information desk of the Nora branch of the IMCPL for telling me were the postoffice was. I thought I knew... but I didn't... but know I do.

I'm done with my first section of exams and will spend Friday night seeing Schrek the Third (free and on campus) and Saturday has been offically declared Mac and Cheese Night, good thing I'm pumped about that b/c I'm not so pumped about sleeping on Krista's couch, though I think it will all work out.

I spent all weekend studying. Seriously all weekend (at least 20 hours worth). Friday night= studying. Saturday= swim stuff, errands, studying. Sunday=studying. And I didn't get it all done. HOWEVER! my prof. changed the due date of the HUGE thing I didn't get done that is due tomorrow (we are talking 8+ hours of work) and it is no longer due tomorrow so I can actually start studying for the exams that I have on wednesday.

Aside: I do believe Aida is at the Murat this weekend.

water weight

There was a question as to how much water weighted... well since it was a science lab we measured in grams... 1mL of water should weigh 1g (that can change with temperature however we did not take those changes into account). So while I did not measure a gallon of water I did measure the wieght of 10mL of water (DI of course) delievered with different standard measureing devises....

Chem Lab

So today I weighed water 66 times!
