Today we went on a walking tour of the Palace-Royal and the area between in and the Place Concorde (which is outside the Louvre and the Gardens from yesterday). A guy Dr. Hanson knows was giving it as a tour of the Revolution. Before this we stopped by the old National Library.
We got to see the reading room which was amazing but we weren't allowed to take pictures.

We walked all over today, from the Place Concorde we walked to Napoleon. We didn't see him b/c he is on our pass we start tomorrow (with the Louvre!!) and then some of the girls and I walked back to the Champs Elysees and did some shopping. I got two t-shirts and a jacket. They were on sale and much cheaper than the 300+ Euro turquoise pumps I saw.... gosh I've wanted turquoise pumps a long time.
I just realized the girl who took this picture didn't really get the idea that she was supposed to get me AND the car....
